Eliza Fowler Hall '' October 9, 1929
In accordance with the provisions of the bylaws, the stated meeting of
the Board of Trustees of Purdue Univeraity waa held at 10:00 A. M., Wednea-
day. October 9, 1929, in Eliza Fowler Hall, the following notice of such
meeting having been mailed to each member of the Board by the Secretaiy on
September 25, 1929:
In accordance with the provisions of the Bylaws, a atated meeting of the Board of Trustees of Purdue University will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 1929, at 10 A. M., in Eliza Fowler Hall.
There were preaent: Mr. Edgerton, Mr. Hall, Mr. Hillenbrand, Mr. Lilly, Mra. Meredith, Mr. Noel, Mr. Roaa,' Mr. Simpaon and the Preaident of the Univeraity.
President Elliott reported that Mr. Kimbrough had notified him that be¬ cauae of an important engagement in New York, he could not attend the Board meeting.
President Roaa presided and the Secretary acted as secretaiy.
Controller Stewart aat with the Board during the afternoon aeasion.
The minutes of the special meeting held July 16, 1929, were read and approved.
