A paper advising the conducting a Summer School during the months of June, July and August, I92I. On motion of Mr. Stuart, approved. V A«-*«-» o*-—, January 11, 192I. To the Board of Trustees:- The Faculty has approved the operation of a summer school during the months of June, July and August. This school is primar¬ ily for the training of vocational teachers but we find that there is a considerable demand for instruction in some of the other courses which the University administers to its regular classes, more par¬ ticularly, English, Chemistry, History, Mathematics and Economics. I would recommend that the Board approve the operation of such a summer school. During the last summer the net cost of this school was #1300.00 for a term of nine weeks. I do not think that the net cost would be much more this year than last, but the income from fees ought to be somewhat greater. Respectfully submitted, W.E. Stone (Signed) cn"^ 2. Report on International Stock Show. On motion of Mr. Stuart, seconded by Mr. Hobbs, approved. MOTION. Moved, the report from Dean Skinner of the Animal Husbandry department be received and spread on record, and that the Board unanimously extend to Dean Skinner and through him to the various parties taking part in the International, our congratulations upon the fine showing made by this department of the University and that the Secretary be instructed to convey tlds resolution to Dean Skinner.
