STATED MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TRUSTEES
OF PURDUE UNIVERSITY
Room 326, Purdue Memorial Center Trustees' Room, Executive Building
September 15-16, 1970
I. NOTICE OF MEETING.
The Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convened in stated meeting at 7:45 pm on Tuesday, September 15, 1970, in Room 326, Purdue Memorial Center, pursuant to the following notice mailed to each member of the Board by the Secretary on August 25, 1970:
In accordance "with provisions of the Bylaws, there will be a stated meeting of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convening at approximately 7:45 pm EDT on Tuesday, September 15, 1970, in Room 326, Purdue Memorial Center, and at 9:15 am EDT on Wednesday, September 16, 1970, in the Trustees' Room of the Executive Building of the University in order to:
1. Consider and act upon bids for the following construction
projects -
a. Indiana-Purdue Regional Campus at Fort Wayne -
Library, Learning Resources Building - Phase I,
b. Indiana-Purdue Regional Campus at Fort Wayne -
Education Building Remodeling - 1970B
c. P. U. Calumet Campus - Education Building
Remodeling - 1970A
d. Utility Building
e. Utilities and Campus Services - South Power Plant
Piping Alterations;
2. Consider and act upon any other matter or business
which may come before said meeting.
Prior to the meeting, several rnembers of the Board had attended the Annual Meetings of the Members and the Directors of Indian a-Purdue Founda¬ tion at Fort Wayne, held at the Indiana-Purdue Regional Campus at Fort Wayne, and later had joined other Trustees and their spouses at a reception held in their honor by the Senior Class Council in the Music Room, Purdue Memorial Union. Dinner in the Union had followed the reception.
