.ANNUAL._MEETING_OF__THE_BOARD. OF TRUSTEES OF THE TRUSTEES OF PURDUE UNIVERSITY
Executive Bdlding June 12, 1957
is. NOTICE OF MEETING,
The Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University met
in the Executive Bdlding at 9:50 A, M,, Saturday, June 12, 1957,
in accordance with the By-Laws and in response to the following notice
mailed ty the Secretary to each member of the Board on May 18, 1957:
"In accordance with the provisions of the By-Laws, the annual meeting of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue Uni¬ versity will be held in the Executive Bdlding at 9:30 A, I',, Saturday, June 12, 1937, the day preceding Commencement Day."
II. ROLL CALL.
There were present: Miss McHde, Messrs. Edgerton, Hall, Hillenbrand, Lilty, Noel, Simpson, Wheeler, President Ross, Doctor Elliott, President of the Udversity, and F. C. Hockema, Secretary of the Board,
President Ross presided, and the Secretary acted as secretary. Controller Stewart entered at 10:50 A, M, and sat vdth the Board during the remainder of the session,
III. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES.
The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of April 21, 1957 and reported that mimeographed copies of such minutes had heretofore been sent to each Trustee and that no objection had been made by any Trustee.
On motion of Mr. Hall, seconded ty Mr. Simpson and unanimousty carried, it was ordered that said minutes of said meeting be adopted and confirmed.
