861 STATED MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TRUSTEES OF
PURDUE UNIVERSITY

I. NOTICE OF MEETING.
The Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convened in stated meeting in Room 326, Purdue Memorial Center,, at 8:10 pm on Tuesday, September 19, 1967, pursuant to the following notice mailed to each member of the Board by the Secretary on August 30, 1967:
In accordance with provisions of the Bylaws, there will be a stated meeting of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convening at approximately 7:45 pm CDT on. Tuesday, September 19, 1967, in Room 326, Purdue Memorial Center, and at 9:00 am CDT on Wednesday, September 20, 1967, in the Trustees' Room of the Executive Building of the University, in order to:
1, Consider and act upon bids for the following construction
projects - , ...
a. Base Bid A - P. U. Calumet Campus - Remodeling of
the Industrial Research Institute Building - 1967
b. Base Bid B - P. U. Calumet Campus - Remodeling of
the Industrial Research Institute Building - 1967
c. Electrical Engineering Building - Remodel Room 315
d. Electrical Engineering Building - Remodel Room 350
e. All-Weather Surface for Running Track
f. Fieldhouse - New Floor - 1967
g. New Baseball Fields - 1967
h. Storage Building at Agronomy Farm;
2. Consider and act upon any other matter or business which
may come before said meeting.
Prior to the meeting, guests of the Trustees at dinner in Purdue Memorial Union included Dr. Potsch, Rector of Rural University, Minas Gerais, Brazil, Mrs. Potsch, Dean and Mrs. Butz and Dr. and Mrs. Thomas. President Hovde introduced Dr. Potsch who expressed his appreciation for the opportunity to meet the Trustees, then spoke briefly concerning Rural University and its relations with Purdue University.
