I.      NOTICE  OF MEETING.
The   Board  of  Trustees   of  The   Trustees   of Purdue  Univer¬ sity convened  in  stated meeting  at  9:30   a.m.   on  Thursday, November  8,   1979,   in the  Canyon Hall of the   Indianapolis  Hyatt Regency,   pursuant to the  following notice  mailed to  each member of the   Board by the  Secretary on  October   17,   1979:
In accordance  with the Bylaws,   there  will be a  stated  meeting  of the   Board of Trustees   of The   Trustees   of  Purdue  University convening at  9:00  a.m.   EST on  Thursday,   November  8, 1979  in the   Canyon Hall of the  Hyatt Regency, Indianapolis,   Indiana,   and  reconvening  at  10:00 a.m.   EST on  Friday,   November   9,   1979  in the Formal  Lounge  of the   Library,   Student-Faculty. Building,   PU North  Central  Campus,   Westyille, Indiana,   in order  to:
1.      Consider  and  act  upon  bids   for  the following  construction project:
a.      Indiana  University-Purdue
University  at  Fort  Wayne   - Classroom,   Office   Building;
Z.      Elect officers   of the   Board  of Trustees  for the   1979-1981 biennium;
3.      Consider  and  act upon proposed  amend¬ ment to the   Bylaws   of  The   Trustees of  Purdue  University;
