I. NOTICE OF MEETING.
The Board of Trustees (the "Board") of The Trustees of Purdue University (the "Corporation") convened in stated meeting at 10:05 a.m., Friday, September 21, 1990 in the Gallery Lounge, Schwarz Hall, PU North Central Campus, pursuant to the following Not:ice mailed to each member of the Board by the Secretary on August 20, 1990:
In accordance with the Bylaws, there will be a stated meeting of the Board of Trustees of The Trustees of Purdue University convening at 10 a.m. on Friday, September 21, 1990 in the Gallery Lounge, Schwarz Hall, on the Purdue University North Central campus.
Specific Agenda items will be posted and distributed subsequently in the manner required by law.
II. ROLL CALL, FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 1990.
President Jesse called the meeting to order at 10:05 a.m. All members of the Board were present as follows: Dr. Ecker, Ms. Haber, Mrs. Ingle, Messrs. Anderson, Jesse, McGinley, Stewart, Taylor and Townsend. Also present for all or part of the meeting were Dr. Beering, President of the University; Dr. Ford, Treasurer of the Corporation and Executive Vice President and Treasurer of the University; Dr. Tyler, the University's Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs; Board Secretary Pearson; Legal Counsel Bodle; University Vice Presidents Burns, Grace, Lyon, and Wise; Chancellors Alspaugh (North Central), Yackel (Calumet), and Lantz (Fort Wayne); Professor James Brewster, Faculty Representative to the Board and Chairperson, University Senate; Dr. Linda M. Duttlinger, Purdue University North Central Faculty Representative; Mr. Tarrus Richardson, Student Body President, Purdue Student Government; Ms. Robin Mulvihill, President, Purdue University North Central Student Senate and Professor Charles Sutton, Vice Chairperson, University Senate.
