1. Vice President Chenea introduced Professor A. K. Meerzo, Secretary pro tern.
Professor Ronald F. Reid, Parliamentarian, and Professor M. D. Roberts,
Sergeant at Arms.
2. The minutes of the Special Session of the University Senate held on
March 1, 1965 were approved as distributed.
3. The minutes of the fifth meeting of the University Senate held on
March 15, 1965 were approved as distributed with the following corrections :
(a) The name of Professor J. H. McRandle should be added to the
list of committee members on page 4 of Senate Document 64-21,
Annual Report of the Committee on Students of Superior Ability.
(b) Page 4 was revised to correct chronological order in item 9.
(A copy of the revised page is attached)
(c) Item 11, paragraph 2, the words "accept" and "receive" should
be reversed.
