Four other men were honored at the afternoon session. Those receiving degrees at the morning exercises were, left to right, Russell J. Wolf (Doctor of Engineering), executive vice president, M.W. Kellogg Co., New York; John J. Swearingen (Doctor of Aviation Technology), chief of protection and survival laboratory, Civil Aeromedical Institute , Federal Aviation Administration Aeronautical Center, Oklahoma City, Okla.; Richard L. Rouzie (Doctor of Engineering), vice president, flight test and service, Commerical Airplane Division, Boeing Co., Renton, Wash, ; James R. Burnett (Doctor of Engineering), vice president TRW Systems Group, Redondo Beach, Calif., and B. William Bogan (Doctor of Engineering), retired vice president of the Chrysler Corp. All five men are Purdue graduates. 6-8-1969 |
